2 oz Oxbow Barrel Aged Rum
.5 oz simple syrup
4 dashes of aromatic bitters
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain and pour over a large ice cube. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and orange peel.
